City Manager
The purpose of the City Manager's Office is to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Administration of the City Government; to administer and execute City Council policy; develop and recommend appropriate policy alternatives, plan and implement programs to meet the City's current and future needs; and supervise total management operations and personnel, as provided by Section 30 of the Charter.

Public Works
The Public Works Department is responsible for the day-to-day city services that Titusville's residents, businesses, and visitors enjoy. These responsibilities include the maintenance of city-owned roads, drainage, vehicles, and facilities; as well as, managing solid waste and recycling collections. Appropriate infrastructure development for the city and its utilities also falls under Public Works' scope. As the manager of Titusville's utilities, Public Works is dedicated to providing Titusville consumers with high-quality drinking water and reliable wastewater services. Public Works ensures compliance with state and federal regulations for each of the city's utility systems and promotes financial stability through sustained revenue and cost management measures. It works to anticipate the future needs of Titusville’s residents and businesses and sets goals to meet those needs through in depth, long-term planning.
