Welcome to the Neighborhood Services Department. Our department administers federal and state grants which provide various housing assistance and service programs to the community. Please feel free to visit each of our divisions to get additional information on all the programs and services offered by our department.
A Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-approved housing counselor is a trained professional who can advise you on choices that may be available to prevent foreclosure.
The mission of the Neighborhood Services Department is to plan, implement, and manage projects and activities which principally benefit very low- and low-income persons by providing decent and safe housing, and a suitable living environment; expand economic opportunities; and strengthen partnerships among all levels of government, and non-profit and for-profit organizations.
The operations of the Harry T. Moore Social Service Center has transitioned from the City of Titusville to new management provided by North Brevard Charities Sharing Center.
