DEPARTMENTAL BID AND QUOTE OPPORTUNTIES

Thank you for visiting the City of Titusville Neighborhood Services Department bid solicitation page.  All bid opportunities are posted to the Euna OpenBids platform at www.demandstar.com   Bidders may also obtain copies of the bid packets containing the scope of work at the bid site during the time of the mandatory pre-bid conference and walkthrough. Contractors must sign in on the pre-bid conference sign-in sheet in order to receive bid documents.  Bids are to be filled out completely and returned to the Neighborhood Services Department of the City of Titusville, located at the Harry T. Moore Social Service Center, 725 S. DeLeon Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780, unless otherwise noted, on or before the bid due date and time, in a sealed opaque envelope to be opened by City personnel in the Community Room at said bid opening date and time.

The Neighborhood Services Department Housing Rehabilitation Program has bid opportunities located in Titusville.  The bid pre-bid conference and walkthrough, and due dates are listed in each attached legal ad by clicking on the addresses/links below.   Contractors submitting bids shall be a Florida licensed General, Building, or Residential Contractor.
