Titusville Police have made an arrest in connection with the death of a disabled man.
John Edward Dietsch, 56, of Titusville was charged with Felony Abuse of a Disabled Adult.
Officers were called to a residence on the 1000 block of Kennedy Court around 11:45 AM on Friday, February 11, 2022, in response to a wellbeing check for the victim. Upon arrival, officers found the victim deceased in the home and in a state of advanced decomposition.
Dietsch was residing in the home and the sole caregiver for the victim.
John Edward Dietsch was taken into custody and booked into the Brevard County Jail without bond.
This is an ongoing investigation and additional charges are possible.
