An arrest has been made in connection with the January 9, 2022 shooting death of Anthony Lamar Berry, 31, of Mims.
Shikeem Jammall Mallett, 30, of Titusville, was charged with 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Titusville Police issued an arrest warrant for Mallett on January 9, 2022.
Mallett was apprehended after a vehicle pursuit by Alachua and Putnam County Deputies on Monday January 31, 2022.
Shikeem Jammall Mallett was transported and booked into the Brevard County Jail on February 3, 2022 and is being held without bond.
