Titusville Police are investigating the shooting death of a local man occurring on Sunday, January 9, 2022.
Officers responded at approximately 1:30 PM to calls for service in reference to an altercation and reports of shots fired on the 500 block of Rock Pit Road.
Officers arrived and secured the scene, which involved nearly 30 people participating in verbal and physical dispute, and located Anthony Lamar Berry, 31, of Mims, with an apparent gunshot wound lying on the ground.
Berry was pronounced deceased at the scene.
There were no other reported injuries.
Suspect(s) are still at large.
