Drowning survivor, 4 year old Fletcher Moon, got to meet with the Police Officers who responded and assisted in resuscitating him during a recent near fatal drowning.
Sergeant Paul Heineman, Officer Wes Byrge, Officer Brandon Soto and Officer Scott Andrews responded to a report of a drowning at a residence on Dahlia Avenue on Tuesday July 30th 2019 at 12:15 PM.
The investigation revealed that Fletcher had been with friends and family and unknowingly entered the pool. He was found lifeless at the bottom of the pool by his mother.
Titusville Police 911 PST Dispatcher Lori Cunningham guided his parents as they began CPR on their son, which continued until Titusville Fire Department arrived on scene and took over lifesaving actions.Fletcher Moon meeting Draco K9 dog
