S. Carpenter Water Main Extension 

The City of Titusville is requesting bids from licensed and qualified Contractors to furnish and install potable water main construction of approximately 3,300LF  which will provide 36 residential homes  water service by connection to existing water system.  Solicitation details which include map and site plan drawings may be downloaded via ONVIA Demandstar via email: or by direct request from the Purchasing & Contracting Administration Office via email:

PRE-BID MEETING: August 3, 2020 @ 10:00AM
A pre-bid meeting shall be held August 3, 2020 at 10:00am in Council Chambers located within City Hall.  All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to ensure all concerns regarding project are answered.

Bidder shall have three (3) years prior commercial potable water main installation, replacement, and/or rehabilitation experience and be able to document having performed at least two water main project as the prime contractor exceeding $150,000 within the past five years (2015-2020) that include: construction, renovation, modification/upgrade project to provide main water line function. Such work containing install of new water main, delivery of water service lines, water meter boxes, fire hydrants protection, connection to established municipal water line, reclaimed water service, water quality improvements, water pressure improvements, modernization of piping, and related operations resulting in satisfactory improvement and performance.
