To be eligible to qualify as a vendor for this service, the following minimum requirements must be met:
A. The Proposing Firm shall have two (2) years prior self- insured governmental experience providing Human Resources, Employee Benefits and/or Risk Management Consulting Services. Proposer shall be experienced with self-insured governmental plans. Proposer’s letter of transmittal shall delineate self-insured government clients.
B. Proposer shall have experience working collaboratively with labor unions’/management committees. Proposer’s letter of transmittal shall delineate labor/management committees supported.
C. Clearly indicate that available and necessary experienced staffing to successfully handle the City’s requirements.
D. Must be licensed and/or registered to conduct business in the State of Florida in all required disciplines. A copy a valid documentation shall be included with submission.
