To apply for service with the City of Titusville, please visit our Customer Service Office located at 555 South Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except Holidays. If you prefer to apply by fax, please complete the application for service and fax to (321) 383-5848. You may also mail in the application to the address listed above.
Please make sure the following information is attached to the application when submitted:
- Signed Lease Agreement/ Letter of Authorization from Owner of Property (Tenant)
- Warranty Deed or Certificate of Title (Owner)
- Listing Agreement/Letter of Authorization from Owner of Property (Property Manager)
- Valid Copy of Driver’s License/ Identification Card
All new applicants for service require a deposit for water, sewer and garbage as available to the property. The deposit will be held on the account until either after 3 years of good credit or until the account is closed. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, Visa and Master Card. Automatic payment is also provided online at the City of Titusville website.

The customer is responsible for making sure that all faucets are turned off before the service can be established. The city is not liable for damages caused by water faucets or outlets turned on.
