Titusville City Manager's Update 13-Apr | 9am
The health and safety of our citizens and Staff is the City’s top priority. All City facilities remain closed to the general public. City employees are working to serve our community like always. Staff continues to provide essential services to citizens through the preferred use of technology and telephones. Public Safety, Public Works, and Water Resources departments continue essential services with minimum disruptions.
As of April 12th at 6 p.m. there are 133 reported cases of COVID-19 and 4 deaths in Brevard County. The pandemic currently affects over 185 countries, with more than 1,840,093 cases worldwide, including 550,016 cases in the United States
CareerSource Brevard: Reemployment Assistance Announcement -- Paper applications are now available online at the state's improved Reemployment Assistance resource page: www.Floridajobsresources.com. Paper applications are also available at all three career centers. Career Centers remain closed, but applications are available near each entrance Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM and Friday 8 AM to noon.

The Governor’s Executive Order 20-87: All vacation rentals, rental of any house, condominium, cooperative, or dwelling unit that is also a transient public lodging establishment are prohibited from making new reservations or bookings and shall not accept new guests for check-in; has been extended until April 30th.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued an extension of a No Sail Order for all cruise ships.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advises that critical infrastructure workers may be permitted to continue work following potential exposure to COVID-19, provided they remain asymptomatic and additional precautions are implemented to protect them and the community, such as wearing a mask for 14 days, cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, staying 6 feet away from anyone, and having their temperature taken daily.
Entry onto Patrick AFB or Cape Canaveral AFS requires a face covering on prior to arriving at the main gate. The only access to PAFB is through the main gate (gate adjacent to Pineda Causeway). Personnel without a face covering will be denied entry.
