CRA Annual Reports

Florida Statutes 163.356(3)(c) requires Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs) to file with the governing body (City Council) on or by March 31st of each year an annual report of the CRA’s activities for the preceding year.  The report includes a complete financial statement setting forth the Agency’s assets, liabilities, income, and operating expenses as of the end of the preceding fiscal year.  For copies of any of the Titusville CRA’s Annual Reports please contact Tim Ford, Redevelopment Planner, at 321-567-3860 or timothy.ford@titusville.com.
