From February 3 - April 28, join your city in a fun, healthy competition. Track your physical exercise each week, up to 1,800 minutes a person. The municipality with the most points at the end of the challenge wins!
As part of the contest, one male and one female will also be declared the winner of "The Great Weight-Off"! Whoever has the biggest percentage of weight loss at the end of the competition wins a $500 cash prize!

How to get Involved
Registration begins on December 15 and lasts through January 15. To sign up,

How to Win!
Each week, you can earn up to 1,800 points. 1 minute of exercise = 1 point. You also receive bonus points for registration and participation. At the end of the competition, the city with the most points wins! Additionally, one male participant and one female participant with the biggest percentage of weight loss will receive a $500 cash prize (must have weighed in prior to the challenge at a participating Health First facility.)
Keep up to date with your city's social media and website alerts to be notified of a "Get Mobile" event! These events reward bonus points and can include kickball games, community dances, beach cleanups, and more!
