Lisa Di Liberto is the Manager of our Communications Section and PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point).
Lisa Di Liberto was born and raised in Titusville and has been
serving the City for over 20 years. In September of 1993 she was certified as a Communications Training Officer. November 1997 she was promoted to Communications Shift Supervisor and then in October 2003 promoted to the PSAP Manager. Lisa serves with Titusville’s Emergency Management Team as the Logistics Section Deputy Chief and Communication Unit Leader.
She is a certified 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator and ENP (Emergency Number Professional), FDLE terminal operator, Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC), and Local Agency Instructor (LAI). Lisa has completed training in Hostage Crisis Negotiation, Chief Executive Training by National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Powerphones, Disaster Planning, Wireless Communications, Counter terrorism, Managing 911 Center, ICS, NIMS and much more. She has served on multiple committees to include the Brevard County 911 Advisory Board and is an instructor with Eastern Florida State College for the Public Safety Telecommunications Course.
Lisa is a member of APCO (Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials) and NENA (National Emergency Number Association).
