“We are committed to making this a safe holiday for our kids”, said Chief Anthony C. Bollinger. “We plan to be as visible as possible in all neighborhoods of the City”, Bollinger added.
There will be zero tolerance for speeding violations during the early evening hours from 5PM until 9PM; all violators will receive a citation.
Our officers encourage everyone out “trick or treating” to stay on the sidewalks when possible and use flashlights to keep groups lit up when crossing the street.
