Park Avenue at Smith Lane (south side of Smith) will be closed for TWO WEEKS starting October 15 at approximately 6 a.m. The road will be closed 24-hours a day throughout the time period. A detour will run through Smith Ln. out to Park Avenue and the side streets such as Rosella and Tudor.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Titusville will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2009 at 6:30 P.M. at the City Council Chambers located at 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the approval of the “2009 Water Facilities Plan” and the accompanying "Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Business Plan" for construction of the raw water transmission main for the Area IV Wellfield Project. This hearing will include a discussion of the Water Facilities Plan and the financial impact on customers of the City of Titusville water system. The hearing is intended to afford the opportunity to individuals to be heard on the proposed project. A portion of the funding for this project is anticipated to come from the State of Florida, State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program for Drinking Water. The City of Titusville is acting as the project sponsor for the loan. Copies of the 2009 Water Facilities Plan, including the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Business Plan will be available for public review beginning July 6, 2009 on the City's web site at www.titusville.com, at the City Clerk’s office located at 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 and the Water Resources office located at 2836 Garden Street, Titusville, FL 32796 during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate.
