"Move Into Light" Rescheduled to April 9, 2022

The Brevard Prevention Coalition is very excited to ask you to save the date for the reschedule of their mental health and addiction awareness event “Move Into Light” at Isaac Campbell park. The new date is April 9th 2022.

This is an exciting event with an ex Michigan University football player who is a suicide survivor and someone who suffered from addiction. He is now a motivational speaker that is aiming to help raise awareness. The event promises will feature food trucks, music, activity stations, mental health and addiction resource vendors, medical providers and more, and will end with a call to action to “move into light” with healthy behaviors that support better mental health. Start moving and post on social media! Do an anything “K”, play basketball, walk with your family; the goal is to target the community in the North Brevard area with a motivational and relatable survivor who can motivate all to lessen the stigma and know their resources for help.
