SHAPE THE FUTURE OF TITUSVILLE

Join the City of Titusville staff for a discussion about the future of your community!

Where: North Brevard Senior Center, 909 Lane Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780 (6:00 PM) 

What types of development do you want to see within the City of Titusville? Titusville citizens and stakeholders are invited to join City Staff and representatives from the planning consultant team that developed the Titusville Tomorrow Vision Plan for an interactive Public Workshop to aid in updating City's Comprehensive Plan and selected land development regulations.

Make sure your voice is heard!

The workshop will build on the Titusville Tomorrow Vision Plan with a focus on three redevelopment areas within the City: Downtown Titusville, west of Downtown, and the City's main corridors. Participants will have the opportunity to provide input on desired outcomes of various development types that promote "placemaking" and shape the identity of the City.

City Staff and the consultant will use input from these visioning sessions to propose revisions to local regulations that shape future development patterns, address housing needs, and guide the design of local streets.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Two or more members of the City of Titusville, Florida, City Council and the following City of Titusville boards and commissions may attend this event: Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, Board of Adjustments and Appeals, Community Redevelopment Agency, Board of Trustees of the General Employees’ Pension Plan, Historic Preservation Board, North Brevard Commission on Parks and Recreation, North Brevard County Hospital District Board, North Brevard Economic Development Zone, North Brevard Library District Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, Titusville Environmental Commission, Titusville Housing Authority, Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority, Flag and Memorial Committee, Other Post-Employee Benefits (OPEB), Police and Fire Pension Board of Trustees, Student Advisory Council, and Titusville-Farmton (TIFA).
