                The scheduled meeting of the Titusville Code Enforcement Board was called to order      at 2:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 555 S Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL.

Officer Lewis submitted a Cost Recovery Statement in the amount of $152.38 as Exhibit #3. Officer Lewis entered a Powerpoint presentation as Exhibit #4.

MOTION BY ASHLEY EDENS, SECONDED BY RL GRANT THAT THE BOARD ISSUE ITS FINDING OF VIOLATION AND ORDERING THE RESPONDENT TO CORRECT THE VIOLATION ON OR BEFORE MAY 8, 2019, IF THE VIOLATION IS NOT CORRECTED A FINE IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 PER DAY FOR THE VIOLATION WILL BE IMPOSED TO COMMENCE MAY 9, 2019. a Notice of Violation, proof of mailing, and Affidavit of Posting as Exhibit #1. Officer Hutchings entered a Notice of Hearing and Complaint, proof of mailing, Affidavit of posting as Exhibit #2. Officer Hutchings submitted a Cost Recovery Statement in the amount of $81.94 as Exhibit #3. Officer Hutchings entered a Powerpoint presentation as Exhibit #4.
