POLICE AND FIRE PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING

1. Fifth Third Bank for the following accounts:  R&D $2,730.51; Garcia Hamilton $301.80; DRZ $929.44; and Integrity $388.98 for quarter ending 12/31/19
2. DePrince, Race & Zollo in the amount of $13,222.00 for quarter end 12/31/19
3. Garcia Hamilton & Assoc. in the amount of $2,445.50 for quarter end 12/31/19
4. Integrity in the amount of $3,200.35 for quarter end 12/31/19
5. Sugarman & Susskind in the amount of $4,749.31 dated 12/31/19
6. RBC for quarter end 12/31/19 in the amount of $17,693.62
7. Andco Consulting in the amount of $9,017.65 for quarter end 12/31/19
8. Administrative fee for Plan Administrator $7956 for quarter end 12/31/19 (auto debit)
9. Fees deducted from distribution for UBS in the amount of $4,725.04 for quarter 12/31/19
10. Intercontinental 12/31/19 quarter end in the amount of $11,233. (deducted from distributions)
11. Training/Conference expenses for Tim Werring
12. Foster & Foster dated 2/3/20in the amount of $28,094.00
C.   Completed 2019 Annual Survey of Public Pensions
D.   Deposit of $187.00 for securities litigation settlement with Penn West          Petroleum.
E.  Acknowledge/approval of retirements/contribution refunds/buy-in/stop payments for the following:
Retirement:  Christopher Threlkeld effective 1/1/20 Social Security Option to Age 64 with 100% Joint Annuitant
Stop Payment:  Richard Cherry 12/1/19
