Citizen participation has always been a critical requirement of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Department of Community Planning and Development, its Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG), and its Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
In accordance with OMB Open Government Directive and CPD’s guiding principle that citizen participation in Federal, State, and local government can be increased through communication and better access to information, the City is required to promptly post all reports on their website.
The City’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Action Plan and Quarterly Performance Reports that have been reviewed and approved by HUD are now available for review.
Note that these reports are updated on a quarterly basis, and can be viewed at the Neighborhood Services Department located at: 725 S De Leon Avenue Titusville, FL 32780
