Adopt-A-Trail

The Adopt-A-Trail program is an opportunity for nature-loving, civic-minded people and groups of all sizes to sponsor a section of the City’s trail system by volunteering to conduct routine maintenance along the East Central Regional Rail Trail (ECRRT). Trail Volunteers clean trash along the roadside.

What Is the ECRRT?

At 50.5 miles, the East Central Regional Rail Trail represents the longest rail corridor purchase in the State of Florida. Spanning from southern Volusia County to Titusville and northern Brevard County, this trail serves as part of several regional trails: the 250-mile Florida Coast-to-Coast Trail, the St. Johns River to Sea Loop, and the East Coast Greenway.
