The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) of the City of Titusville, Florida met in regular session in City Hall Council Chamber located at 555 South Washington Avenue on Wednesday March 2, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

Chairwoman Speidel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present were Vice Chairman Richardson, Secretary Grant,  Member Rice, Member Perez, Member Riley and Alternate Member Childs. Member Aton and Alternate Member Fayson were absent. Also in attendance were Senior Planner Eddy Galindo, Planner Navael Fontus, Assistant City Attorney Chelsea Farrell and Recording Secretary Laurie Dargie.

Vice Chairman Richardson made a motion to approve the minutes from the February 16, 2022 meeting with a correction. Member Rice seconded. There was a unanimous voice vote.

Navael Fontus announced to the Planning and Zoning Commission that he has accepted a job in south Florida and tonight will be his last meeting. He said he appreciated working with the Planning and Zoning Commission members during his time with the City of Titusville.
