Screenings at City Council Meetings Now in Effect

Titusville Police Officers will be conducting screenings at the entrances of all Titusville City Council meetings effective immediately.
 
Moving forward, officers will be enforcing Florida State Statute 790.06(12), which clearly prohibits the carrying of concealed weapons into any meeting of the governing body of a county, public school district, municipality, or special district by any person, including a person with a concealed carry license.
