The Engineering Services Department serves as the centralized point of contact for all new development in the City of Titusville. We provide assistance to developers, engineers, and our citizens in the following areas:

* Site plan and subdivision reviews/approvals

* Stormwater management reviews

* Site permits

* Tree reviews/permits

* Right of way permits

* Floodplain determinations

* Variances

* Business Tax Receipts

* Our staff members also serve as the liaison to the Board of Adjustments and Appeals (BAA).

Our team members can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
