Housing
The mission of the Neighborhood Services Department is to plan, implement, and manage projects and activities which principally benefit very low- and low-income persons by providing decent and safe housing, and a suitable living environment; expand economic opportunties; and strengthen partnerships among all levels of government, and non-profit and for-profit organizations.
