Request for Proposal (RFP) from licensed and qualified firms(Proposers) to furnish, design, and provide implementation services of firm's latest operating version of its updated ERP solution software that is either cloud hosted or on premise virtual/physical servers to run on Microsoft Windows virtual/physical servers to improve current City network operations. Afterwards, system to be supported with yearly service and maintenance agreements. Enterprise Resource (ERP) System is business management software to address needs that will allow the City to use an automated control system of integrated applications to manage, operate, and convert business/office functions across several departments within entire organization allowing future growth and functionality.

FUNCTIONS: The major functions currently performed by the various City departments using the Enterprise Resource System as separate modules are as follows: · Administration · Building Permits · Finance · Human Resources · Payroll · Service: Customer Service, Public Works, Water Utility, Solid Waste: Sewer and Sanitation · Information Technology (IT).
