NOTICE OF BID

The City of Titusville desires a licensed and FDOT qualified Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform and satisfactorily complete all work required for each Work Order in accordance with the contract documents, plans (if provided) related documents.  The intent of the Contract, “BID #18-B-09 – ANNUAL ROAD RESURFACING SERVICES” is performing road/street milling and asphalt services to include but not limited to:
  1. Millage/Resurface to roadways.
  2. Roadway construction and restoration.
  3. Regrade of shoulders and swales
  4. Provide necessary pavement/street/roadway markings.
  5. Other related roadway and/or resurfacing projects.
PRE-CONFERENCE MEETING: December 14, 2017 @ 10:00am in Council Chambers located at 555 S. Washington Ave., 2nd floor, Titusville, FL  32796. 

BID DUE DATE:  January 9, 2018  @ 3:30PM
Bid submittal may be mailed to the City of Titusville, Purchasing & Contracting Division, 555 South Washington Ave., Titusville, FL  32796, sent by third party carrier (Federal Express, Airborne, UPS, etc.) or submitted in person to April Chapman, 555 South Washington Ave. 2nd flr., Titusville, FL  32796, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Bid submittal MUST be received on or before solicitation deadline of January 9, 2018 at 3:30p.m.
 
      All submittals must be marked on the outside of the envelope as follows:

Day Labor Services

The intent of this IFB is to obtain firm fixed price proposals from responsible and qualified licensed firms specializing in providing day labor services on an as-needed basis throughout the year.  Sealed Proposals will be accepted by the City of Titusville at City Hall, 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796, until due date above.  Any proposals received after the time and date specified above will not be considered.  Firms interested in submitting responses may download the bid documents from the City’s website; or from Onvia DemandStar or may request them from the Purchasing & Contracting Administration Office via email from jesus.vieiro@titusville.com
