Invitation To Bid (ITB) for licensed Contractors qualified to provide work and pricing to remove, replace, and restore sewer manhole and main at the intersection of Narvaez Drive and S. Washington Avenue (an FDOT regulated roadway) including replacement of several pipes, CIPP lining work, and asphalt patch.  This project consists of four objectives:
  • Remove and install new sewer manhole and sewer main
  • Remove existing 8” VCP sewer main from manhole to wetwall and install 8” DIP sewer main
  • Install approximately 401± LF 8” CIPP liner on the sanitary sewer line
  • Main Asphalt Patch: 4 ½” SP 12.5 and friction course with milling and resurfacing 50FT each side of patch
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 26, 2018 at 9:00am onsite. All interested Contractors MUST attend this meeting in order for their bid submittal to be considered.  Documents may be downloaded from the City’s website; or from Onvia Demandstar or may request them from the Purchasing & Contracting Administration Office via email: april.chapman@titusville.com
