City of Titusville is seeking the services of a professional urban planning and design firm to review and evaluate the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan and prepare the required Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) as mandated by Florida State Statute Chapter 163. Preceded with a "Visioning" exercise to identify and update City's community vision and provide direction.
 
Pre-Conference Meeting will be held April 19, 2017 at 10:00am in Council Chambers.
