The City of Titusville is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design and build lighting improvements for the Commons Parking Lot in Downtown Titusville.  Proposals will be accepted by the City of Titusville at City Hall, 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796, until 3:00 PM on October 23, 2017, at which time and date the price proposals received by the City will be read aloud in the City Council Chamber.  Any proposals received after the time and date specified above will not be considered.

***PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE***

The City of Titusville announces the Evaluation Committee meeting related to Proposal #17-Q-30, regarding Continuing Consultant: Engineering, Surveying, and A&E Services  to review and shortlist firms indicating “Primary” for 101: Water Resource/Water Supply, Water Production, Wastewater Treatment, Water Distribution, Sewer Collection System, Force Main, Lift and Pump Station Design, and Utility Instrumentation, Controls, SCADA, and Panels.  The meeting will be held on October 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers, 555 S. Washington Ave., Titusville, FL  32796.

***Please Note: No discussion and/or presentation from firms will be held during this meeting.  As result of the Evaluation Committee scores, a minimum of no fewer than three (3) firms shall be selected and scheduled to give presentation and Q&A follow-up at a later date.    
 
If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this Committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such a person will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such proposals, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his/her own expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is based.
