Outsource of Social Service Programs - Harry T. Moore Center

City of Titusville seeks a qualified Community-Based Development Organization (CDBO) to operate and provide social and/or human services in Titusville at the Harry T. Moore Social Service Center located at 725 S. Deleon Ave that preserve and support the needs of the population.  The overall goal is to maintain and improve the delivery and quality of social/human services and/or activities provided and also meet the following areas of needs:  physiological, safety, social, esteem, and self-actualization. 

It is desirable that the core services listed below are included in the proposal.
A.  Information, referral, and advocacy services;
B.  Transportation - provide or help transportation needs to obtain local, state, or federal assistance.
C.  Housing - provide referral to affordable housing units and assist with security and/or utility deposits.
D.  Job Referral and/or Training opportunities
E.  Support Services - Array of services to support individual and families (legal aid, information technology, child welfare, mental health, etc.)

Proposals can specify partial or whole use of the Center, and must specify the intent, use, and purpose thereof.

Pre-Conference Meeting will be held June 20, 2017 at 11:00am
