The selection process at our agency is highly-competitive. One unique feature about the way we select officers to serve this community is the fact that we hold College education and an individual's commitment to community as having a higher importance to us than any previous law enforcement experience. Service to our Country in the armed forces and strong communication skills are other qualities that may make you more competitive in our selection process.
