How do I find the zoning on my property?

 
Locate your property on the Zoning Atlas. The initials (R-1A, M-2, OR, etc.) overlaying your property represent a zoning category which can be searched on the Municode website.
 
 
How do I find the future land use designation on my property?  
Locate your property on the Future Land Use Map. Descriptions of the land use categories can be found in the Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
 
 
What are the setbacks for my property?  
To find out what the setbacks, or minimum yard requirements, are for a property first research its zoning classification, then visit Chapter 59 - Zoning of the City of Titusville Land Development Code on the Municode website. Scroll down through the page to find the zoning category pertaining to the property (e.g. DIVISION 4. - NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) which will have one of its sections labeled "Height, yard, and area requirements." (e.g. Sec. 59-327. - Height, yard, and area requirements.)
 
 
What are the permitted principal uses for a property?  
To find out which uses are allowable on a property, first research its zoning classification, then visit Chapter 59 - Zoning of the City of Titusville Land Development Code on the Municode website.
