1. Who is eligible to use the center?
Employees, dependents age 6 and older and retirees under 65 who participate in the City of Titusville Cigna insurance plan.

3. How do I make an appointment?
A. Appointments are available 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday
B. Same-day appointments are available for urgent care issues.
C. In addition to the open appointments (available 8-5, M-F), City of Titusville employees have exclusive access to appointments Monday – Friday from 10 -11 am and 2-3 pm.

4. How do I get my prescriptions refilled?
A. If you use a POHC provider, you should schedule an appointment to be seen. If medications are prescribed, you may have the prescriptions filled at the pharmacy in the center. The pricing is listed below.
30 day supply or less:
Generic - $0.00
Preferred Brand - $ 20.00
Non-Preferred Brand - $45.00
90 day supply:
Generic - $0.00
Preferred Brand - $ 50.00
Non-Preferred Brand - $115.00
Specialty drugs are priced per your insurance policy.
B. If you use a community provider, you would present your prescriptions to the pharmacy in the center. There is no need to schedule an appointment with a POHC provider in order to get your prescriptions filled. Pricing is listed below.
