Colonial Coast Crossing (Publix) – Construction is complete for a 29.94-acre site consisting of 52,970 square feet of retail space located at 2000 Cheney Highway. The engineer of record is Kimley Horn of Vero Beach, Florida.

Cottages of Meadowridge – The final plat has been approved and recorded for a re-plat of 41 lots located at the corner of Grissom Parkway and Sisson Road.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt and Associates, Inc. of Titusville, Florida
 
Country Club Estates – The final plat has been approved and recorded for a 72-lot subdivision located at the corner of Country Club Drive and Barna Avenue.  The engineer of record is RK Engineering of Melbourne, Florida.
 
Fox Lake Center – Site plans have been approved for a 160 bed assisted living facility located at the southeast corner of Fox Lake Road and SR 405.  The engineer of record is CCEI of Titusville, Florida.
 
Flores del Sol ALF – Site plans have been approved for an 89 unit adult living facility located on US 1.  The engineer of record is James Morris Smith.
 
Gregori Construction Complex – Site plans have been approved for an 8,000 square foot construction office located west of South Street.  The engineer of record is CCEI of Titusville, Florida.
 
Health Village East - Phase 2 – Construction is underway for a 28,200 square foot medical building, a 9,000 square foot medical building and fitness trail located on Jess Parrish Court.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt and Associates, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.
 
Indian River Landings – A pre-application meeting has been held for a 22-lot single family subdivision located on Riveredge Drive.  The developer is Homes by Towne of Cocoa Beach, Florida.
 
Marvin Gardens Retail Center – Site plans have been approved for a 1,710 square foot restaurant and a 2,014 square foot retail space located at 2305 Garden Street.  The engineer of record is EPIC Consultants of Florida of Titusville, Florida.
 
Pat Fischer Nissan Dealership – A pre-application meeting has been held for a 2,790 square foot addition and landscaping/parking improvements located 1128 South Washington Avenue.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.

Titusville Logistics Center – Site plans have been approved for a 246,240 square feet of Warehouse/Office space located at 7700 US Highway 1.  The engineer of record is Allen Engineering of Cocoa Beach, Florida.
 
Top Shelf Car Wash – Construction is underway for the redevelopment of the former Roadhouse Grill into a car wash located at 3353 Columbia Boulevard.  The architect of record is Architectural Resource Group, Inc of Altamonte Springs, Florida.
 
Whistle Junction Retail – Construction is underway for a 7,200 square foot building consisting of a mattress retail store and dentist office located at 3125 Columbia Boulevard.  The engineer of record is Kimley Horn of Vero Beach, Florida.
