Area One Stormwater – Under review are site plans for stormwater improvements for the City of Titusville. Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. of Orlando, Florida, is the engineer of record.

Boland Office Building – Site plans are under review for this 0.54-acre office building, which will be located on South Washington Avenue. The engineer of record is Construction Engineering Group, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

BP Sewer Line – Site plan approval has been granted for a sanitary sewer connection at this BP station located on Garden Street. The engineer of record is MTA Engineering, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

Christ Community Church – Site plans have been approved for a 2,400 square-foot classroom addition to the church. The site is located west of I-95 on the corner of Garden Street and Carpenter Road. The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.

Cottages of Meadowridge – Site plan modifications have been approved for a 77-lot subdivision located north of Grissom Parkway and west of Sisson Road. The engineer is Lee Engineering of Indialantic, Florida.

Country Club Estates – Construction is almost complete on the 75-lot residential subdivision on Country Club Drive near Barna Avenue. The developer is Damar Homes of Merritt Island, Florida. The engineer of record is R.K. Engineering and Associates, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

Cypress, Mulch & Sod (Mulching Facility) – Site plans have been approved to allow connectivity to water and sewer. This project, which is located on South US Highway 1, will be permitted and constructed under the jurisdiction of Brevard County.

Fox Lake Hammock – Site plans have been approved for a 107-unit townhome project located east of State Road 405, north of Fox Lake Road. The engineering firm is Construction Engineering Group of Melbourne, Florida.

Highway 50 Plaza – Site plans are under review for a 16.35-acre plaza located on South Helen Hauser Boulevard. The engineering firm is R.K. Engineering and Associates, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

Holiday Inn – Construction is underway for a 123 room hotel on Helen Hauser Boulevard. The engineer of record is R.H. Wilson, P.E. of Titusville, Florida.

Icehouse/Lil Champ – Site plans are under review for an expansion of the gas station at 701 S. Park Avenue.  The engineer of record is R.K. Engineering and Associates, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

Kidz Kollege – Site plans have been approved for a 4,320 square-foot child care facility located Harrison Street. The engineering firm is R.K. Engineering and Associates, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

Lake Bella Subdivision – Construction continues on this 30-lot single family subdivision. The project is located north of Knox McRae Drive. The engineering firm is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.

Long John Silvers/A & W Root Beer – Site plans are approved for a 2,840 square foot Long John Silvers/A & W Root Beer restaurant located at the corner of U.S. 1 and Country Club Drive. The engineer of record is Holder Engineering of Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Marina Park – Site plans have been approved for recreational improvements to the Marina Park. The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.

Moberg Retail SR50 – Site plans have been approved for a 0.872-acre retail center located at the corner of State Road 50 and Capron Road. R.K. Engineering and Associates, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida is the engineer of record.

Mody Medical Office Expansion – Site plans have been approved for a 10,010-square foot urgent care facility to be located on North U.S. Highway 1. The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.

Oak Park Condominiums – Construction continues on 14-units to the existing development located on Dairy Road across from Madison Middle School. The engineer of record is Fleis & Bennett Engineering, Inc. of Indian Harbor Beach, Florida.

Parrish Main Street – Site plans have been submitted for a 10.3-acre health village located behind the Parrish Medical Center. BRPH of Melbourne, Florida, is the engineer of record.

River Parc – Plans are under review for a mixed use project located at Broad Street and U.S. 1. The project will consist of 72 residential units and 26,485 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space. The engineering firm is HSQ Group, Inc. of Delray Beach, Florida.

South Carpenter Estates – Site plans have been approved for a new 72-lot subdivision located on Fox Lake Road and Carpenter Road. The engineer is Canaveral Engineering Group of Titusville, Florida.

Spaceport Commerce Park 5-Lot Cul-de-Sac – Site plans are under review for a new 5-lot industrial subdivision located on Armstrong Drive. The engineer of records is Bussen-Mayer of Merritt Island, Florida.

St. Johns Plaza Publix – Site plans are under review for expansion to this 16.96-acre site located on Garden Street. Avid Group of Orlando, Florida, is the engineer of record.

U-Haul Storage Center – Site plans are under review for a 49,500 square-foot mini-warehouse facility located on Garden Street. The engineer of record is Highland Engineering, Inc. of Orlando, Florida.

Village Square East – Site plans have been approved for a 14-lot subdivision located on Harrison Street. The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.

Willow Creek East – Construction continues on the infrastructure within this commercial site which is located east of Grissom Parkway at Willow Creek Boulevard. The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates, Inc. of Titusville, Florida.
