Thanksgiving Week: Thursday’s pickup for garbage, recycling and yard trash will be on Wednesday. There will be no other changes for the week.

CAUTION: The City of Titusville has received several complaints from citizens in reference to receiving fraudulent telephone calls from subjects claiming to be with the utility department. If you receive a telephone call of this nature and are unsure about the origin of the call, please immediately hang up and contact your local law enforcement agency for further assistance.

Arrests in Shots Fired Call

Titusville Police have made two arrests in connection with the shots fired call at 810 Sycamore Ave on Thursday August 4th 2016 just before 6:00 PM.
Ariel L. Smith, 30, of Titusville, has been charged with Aggravated Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and Fleeing and Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer. All three charges are felonies.

Richard Desi Arjona, 37, of Titusville, has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle and Resisting Officers with Violence and Shooting into a Dwelling.  All four charges are felonies.
Both suspects are being held at the Brevard County Jail.
