CAUTION: The City of Titusville has received several complaints from citizens in reference to receiving fraudulent telephone calls from subjects claiming to be with the utility department. If you receive a telephone call of this nature and are unsure about the origin of the call, please immediately hang up and contact your local law enforcement agency for further assistance.

Detectives Seeking Crime Spree Suspects

Titusville Police responded to three separate burglaries in the early morning hours of Thursday May 19th 2016 and are asking the community for help in identifying the suspects.
 
The preliminary investigation has revealed that the same group of suspects burglarized located at 2825 Garden Street, Indian River Jewelry located at 373 Cheney Highway, and Sonny’s BBQ located at 2900 Cheney Highway within hours of each other on May 19th, 2016.
 
Surveillance footage shows multiple suspects smashing a storefront glass window with an object and entering the business through the broken window. The suspects, who were completely covered by clothing and masks, continued to break display cases and take merchandise.
 
Titusville Police Detectives have released surveillance video footage and are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
