Officer Glenn is City Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Officer Tyler Glenn of the Titusville Police Department for being chosen the City of Titusville’s Employee of the Month!
Officer Glenn is a Patrol Officer for the department and was presented the honor from Titusville City Manager, Scott Larese, on April 26th 2016, during the City Council Special Recognition meeting at City Hall.
On January 30, 2016 Officer Glen responded to a vehicle burglary at 429 Mason Drive. Three juveniles were seen going through a neighbor’s vehicle, then fled the area before Officers arrived. Officer Glenn’s investigation revealed a surveillance video and recovered an article of clothing worn by one of the suspects.
Within three days of the initial crime, Officer Glenn produced arrests of three burglary suspects, bringing closure for the victim, and a sense of ease to a neighborhood plagued by burglaries.
Officer Glenn is a two year veteran of the Titusville Police Department.  He is one of our department’s finest and is an excellent representative of his chosen profession and of our City.
Officer Glenn received this award because of his excellent work and dedication to the community of Titusville.
The Titusville Police Department is truly grateful for Officer Glenn’s hard work and commitment, and this award is a public “Thank You” for always exceeding expectations.
