Moderated by Susan Pourciau, Director of Homeless Training and Technical Assistance. Susan coordinates and provides technical assistance to homeless Continu-ums of Care, nonprofit agencies, and local governments that are working to end homelessness throughout the State.

“….Florida has the third highest percentage of homeless individuals who are living “unsheltered,” i.e. on the streets or in the woods. In fact, on any given day more than 21,000 people who are homeless in Florida are sleeping in places not meant for human habitation.”
The City of Titusville would like to seek solutions and answers, cre-ating new collaborations, and willingness to do the work that is required to meet the challenge ahead.
