Muder Suspect in Custody

QUENTIN TERRANCE WOODRUFF has been taken into custody tonight by the “Game Over” Task Force and Titusville Police investigators. The arrest occurred around 10PM Friday. WOODRUFF was taken into Custody at 7503 US #1.
On June 30th, 2015, at approximately 11:21 p.m., Brandee Elizabeth Kelley, 24, of Mims, Florida was shot and killed as she stood inside a sliding glass door of an apartment at Emerald Place Apartments,1075 Tree Lane Titusville. A medical examination later revealed the victim was pregnant at the time of her death.

On July 3rd, An Arrest Warrant for 2nd Degree Murder and Shooting Into an Occupied Dwelling was issued on QUENTIN TERRANCE WOODRUFF, 9/12/1985 of 2730 Marigold Ave Mims, Florida. Detectives teamed up with the Brevard County “Game Over” task force and have been involved in intense search efforts to apprehend Woodruff.

Woodruff will be booked into Brevard County Jail on the active warrant.
