Detectives Investigating a Shooting Homicide

A woman was shot just after 11:00 PM on Tuesday June 30th, 2015, at 1075 Tree Lane. She was later pronounced deceased at Parrish Medical Center.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at Emerald Place Apartments. The preliminary investigation reveals that the suspect appears to be a male acquaintance of the victim.
The victim has been positively identified as Brandee Elizabeth Kelley, 24, of Mims, Florida. 
Detectives are working strong leads in this case, but are not releasing any suspect information at this time.
