Three Arrested in Titusville Shooting

(Titusville, FL) – Three suspects, including one juvenile, were arrested early this morning after a 24 year-old Titusville man was shot and killed in his vehicle Wednesday.
 
At approximately 2:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Titusville officers responded to 1165 Mockingbird Lane for calls to dispatch about a suspicious incident. Officers located a Tan, Audi sedan with a deceased man behind the wheel. 24 year-old Matthew Raymond Hagerty of Dixon Ave Titusville, and also from the Ohio area, has been identified as the homicide victim.
 
Surveillance video from nearby Gibson apartments, 1404 S. Deleon Ave, captured three suspects running from the scene just before 2:25 pm. Based on witness information, and video surveillance, Titusville Detectives and the SWAT team served search warrants at 909 Gibson St. and 402 Canaveral Ave. Titusville early this morning that produced physical evidence in this case.
 
The preliminary investigation reveals that the victim met up with the three suspects to buy drugs from them. The suspects arrived at the location with the intent to rob the victim. The victim was shot twice and died at the scene.
 
All three have been arrested and charged with MURDER:
