All boil water alerts have been rescinded for all addresses , except the following: 3293 Columbia Blvd, 3135 Columbia Blvd suites 101 and 102, 3155 Columbia Blvd. These five address will remain under a boil water alert until further notice.

WHAT: Two teenagers caught in the act of breaking into a car at a local dealership.


WHERE: Snyder's Auto Sales, 1231 South Hopkins Ave. Titusville

Two local teenagers were arrested for burglary this morning after being caught in the act by

an alert police officer.


Titusville Police Officer David Rodriguez was patrolling the area of Snyder's

Auto Sales on S. Hopkins Ave when he spotted two suspects breaking into a 2000 Ford Explorer

parked at the dealership. Both suspects were caught after a brief foot chase.


This apprehension is another success this week in our increased efforts to arrest burglary suspects. This past Thursday, Officer Troy Barbour also interrupted a burglary in progress on Nassau St. That suspect, 18 year-old Christopher Jackson Garnett, of Titus Ave. Titusville, confessed to breaking into 10 other cars that evening before being caught in the act burglarizing a car parked in the driveway of a home on Nassau St.
