The City of Titusville, Florida and Flagler Development Company, one of Florida’s oldest and largest commercial real estate companies, are pleased to announce the development of the 200+ acre Titusville Logistics Center in Titusville, Florida.
The property is strategically located near the Kennedy Space Center, along more than one mile of the Florida East Coast Railway’s rail line with easy freeway access. The surrounding area is accessible to serve multi-modal transportation needs via rail, air, land, sea and space.
