Fallen Fire Fighters Day

Fallenfighter Fallen Fire Fighters Day
Sunday  October 6, 2013

Please join the men and women of Titusville Fire and Emergency Services on Sunday, October 6th as we observe Fallen Fire Fighters Day in Titusville. Annually proclaimed by Titusville's Mayor preceding the start of National Fire Prevention Week, this day is set aside to honor the ultimate sacrifice paid by fire service members in the performance of their duties while saving lives and protecting the property of our community members.

Nationally in 2012, 81 fire fighters lost their lives. As you go about your daily lives this Sunday, perhaps attending church services or gathering with friends and family, please take a few moments to remember and honor the sacrifices they made on your behalf.
