Titusville Fire Department Promotes One Employee and Swears in Four New Firefighters

While families and co-workers looked on, Fire Chief Rick Talbert oversaw the promotion of one employee and the swearing-in ceremony of Titusville Fire and Emergency Services Department's four newest members.  "Last month, I was at this podium saying good-bye to long term employees as they embarked upon their retirements and it was a little sad to see them go.  Today, I have the happy opportunity to recognize an employee who is moving up in our ranks and swearing in a number of new employees to fill those vacancies.  Our department is once again in balance and our next generation of firefighters stood proudly as they undertook a solemn promise to respond to the emergency and non-emergency needs of our community members."
