Titusville Fire Department Promotes Five Employees

Titusville Fire Chief Rick Talbert presided over a happy occasion at Fire Headquarters April 14 when he had an opportunity to promote five department members to higher ranks and responsibilities.  Attending the celebration were the employees' family members, department co-workers and members of the general public.

"I'm delighted that so many of our employees families are present today". said Chief Talbert.  "This will be a special memory as they witness their loved ones being afforded the recognition they deserve for their accomplishments."
