Titusville Fire and Emergency Services Department have added a new member to its cadre of community volunteers.  Pastor John Wright of the Crosswalk Community Church has joined the department as Assistant Chaplain.

The department's volunteer fire chaplains are on-call twenty-four hours a day, providing comfort and assistance to victims, patients and family members in need during and after emergencies.  They also provide aid and counsel to department employees after particularly difficult emergencies.  After serving under the tutelage and mentorship of Chaplain John DeVoss, a thirteen year member of the department, Chaplain Wright will be ready to respond to the needs of our community members.
