Community Food Drive

During these harder economic times, our community members can use your help.  More and more families are relying heavily on local food banks, but their shelves are bare.  City Hall in Titusville and all Titusville Fire Stations (and Fire Headquarters) have been designated collection points for food contributions.  Suggested items include:

  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Boxed cereals
  • Canned meats (with pop-tops)
  • Boxed macaroni and cheese
  • Pork ‘n Beans
  • Canned soups

This is a great opportunity to go through your pantry and dispose of the food stuffs you stockpiled for the holidays.   Or, make the food drive a challenge match among your fellow employees, or challenge your civic organization, school, or church members to see who can donate the most.  Regardless of whether you drop off one can or one case, everybody wins!
