Vial of Life Program

In partnership with Parrish Medical Center, Titusville Fire Department wants all Titusville residents to be aware of its Vial of Life Program.

In an emergency medical call to your home, it is vital that our paramedics and emergency medical technicians have as much information on your medical and health history as possible.   The Vial of Life program can help bridge that information gap for our responders if you are not able to.

The vial resembles a giant-sized pill bottle.  Inside is a medical history sheet that you complete, listing pertinent health information such as your blood type, presciption medication you are taking, any recent health issues, emergency notification, etc.

Complete the medical medical sheet, insert it into the bottle, and place it in your refrigerator.  Place the self-adhesive alert label that comes with the kit on the outside of your refrigerator to alert first responders that the medical information is available and you're done!

To obtain a Vial of Life kit, please visit your nearest Titusville Fire Station or contact our Administrative Office.  Parrish Medical Center has underwritten the costs for this program, so there is no fee to you.  Please, contact us today!
