Children Welcome at Fire Stations on Halloween
Saturday, October 27, 2007

Titusville Fire Stations

Wednesday, October 31st

4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 Halloween at Fire Station

Our residents are cordially invited to bring their children to any of our Titusville fire stations on Halloween for "treats".  An annual event, their visits familiarize them with fire station locations in the event they would ever need assistance.  "It's a great opportunity for both the children of our community and our firefighters", said Interim Fire Chief Scott Gaenicke.  "Each of our stations are designated as a SAFE PLACE, a location where children who are lost, frightened or in need can come for assistance."

During 4-7 p.m., the fire stations will continue to respond to emergency calls for service.  If the engine is out of the station, please feel free to go to another station or revisit the station that is in your neighborhood a little while later.
